1.Wave gauge system product introduction

Wave gauge system is used to measure rapidly changing water levels in physical models and can be used to measure wave heights in wave flumes or tanks.Wave gauge system adopts low-power microprocessor, 24bit high-precision AD converter and long-distance communication technology equipped with capacitive wave height sensor, which has good linearity, low power consumption, high measurement accuracy, long transmission distance, stable performance and strong anti-interference ability. The sensor adopts an integrated structure, which is simple and convenient to install. The USB interface directly takes power from the USB port, without external power supply and data acquisition equipment, and the installation is flexible and convenient. It is mainly used to measure free fluid waves, water level height, etc. It can be used in independent working mode (the maximum sampling rate is 1000Hz), or it can be used through RS485 networking. The networking mode can collect up to 128 measurement points at the same time. Run the sensor acquisition software to display and save waveform data in real time on the computer. The computer software displays, monitors and stores the measurement process curve, and the data file supports TXT format and EXCELL file format output.

2. Wave gauge system product features

Digitalization: Digital output, no other acquisition equipment is required, the wave height time curve can be displayed when connected to a computer.

Intelligent: Plug and Play. After power on, the sensor will self-diagnose and self-connect, and the parameters will be automatically loaded.

High precision: direct digital output, no signal transmission loss, no signal acquisition error, 24-bit A/D converter, the system's conventional accuracy is 0.3%, and the ultra-high accuracy can reach 0.15%.

Networking: Universal 485 industrial bus, convenient to form a networked pressure measurement system.

Convenient Mode:

Each sensor occupies a USB interface. Multiple sensors can be used with a USB extender. Each computer can connect to 6 sensors. The advantage of this mode is that the sampling rate can reach 1000Hz, and the sampling rate of each sensor can be set independently.

Networking mode: Multiple sensors are connected to an RS485 bus, occupying only one USB port. The advantage of this working mode is that it occupies less USB port resources and has more monitoring points, but the sampling rate decreases as the number of sensors increases. The fastest working mode is 128 sensors.

The sensor system acquisition software is applicable to Windows XP SP2,

Windows 7/10 operating system, occupies less system resources, simple operation, integrates real-time display of sensor measurement waveform, data storage, waveform data playback, data analysis and other functions. Data files support TXT text format and EXCELL2003 format file output.
