Photoelectric sand analyzer is mainly used for rapid determination of sand content and are applied in scenarios such as water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction and soil erosion control.Photoelectric sand analyzer consists of a sensor, data acquisition unit, IoT transmission module, solar power system, pole support, floating body in water, and cloud platform.
The sediment concentration sensor utilizes the principle of light scattering to accurately measure the sediment content of water.This system is suitable for precise measurement of sediment content in rivers, canals, and waterways.It is compact, easy to operate and maintain, and enables real-time online monitoring and measurement of sediment.

1.The sediment content sensor is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-resistant.A self-cleaning brush at the bottom allows for regular cleaning, ensuring accurate data.
2.Equipped with a low-power data acquisition unit, consuming as little as 50mA at 12V.
3.Built-in 3-year data allowance; customers can choose to recharge within one year of expiration.
4.The 30W solar panel's recessed design on the top cover improves photoelectric conversion efficiency and increases wind resistance.The solar charging controller uses MPPT (Automatic Power Point Tracking), improving efficiency by 20%.
5.The integrated 1.5-meter-high bracket facilitates transportation.The bracket is coated with anti-rust paint, resulting in a beautiful finish and significantly enhanced corrosion resistance.The protective case is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and has an IP66 waterproof rating.The float is compact and flexible in installation, supporting future expansion with multiple water quality sensors.The float is equipped with a steel cable for wind and tipping prevention.
