The Rice Bakanae Disease Monitor integrates spore trapping, image acquisition, and environmental monitoring functions. It automatically collects data on rice pathogens and meteorological conditions 24 hours a day, predicts disease trends using built-in models, and supports remote operation and multi-terminal control, thereby facilitating scientific disease prevention and control.
Rice Bakanae disease is a prevalent fungal disease in rice cultivation. Infection leads to symptoms such as abnormal elongation (spindly growth), seedling withering, and reduced seed-setting rates, severely impacting both yield and quality. Traditional manual inspection methods are inefficient and suffer from significant lag, making them inadequate for the precision control needs of large-scale rice farming; the application of the Rice Bakanae Disease Monitor effectively addresses this industry pain point.
Leveraging mature intelligent monitoring technology, the monitor integrates modules for spore trapping, image acquisition, environmental sensing, and network transmission to establish an all-in-one rice disease monitoring system. Equipped with a 1000x magnification microscopic imaging system and a 12-megapixel high-definition lens, the device precisely captures Bakanae pathogen spores in the field. It automatically performs multi-angle imaging, image selection, and data uploading; the image quality meets the standards for manual spore identification, ensuring data accuracy. Furthermore, the device supports continuous 24-hour operation, automating the entire process—including slide tape movement, spore collection, imaging, and slide recycling—without the need for constant manual supervision.
The monitor features comprehensive intelligent operation and maintenance capabilities. It includes built-in dual-positioning modules (BeiDou and GPS) to transmit device location and operating parameters in real-time and supports multi-mode data transmission via 4G, 5G, and wired connections. Users can remotely control the device, view data, and perform system upgrades via both PC and mobile terminals. Additionally, the device includes fault self-diagnosis and data traffic alert functions, enabling real-time reporting of fault information, and offers an optional solar power supply.
